1. if「もし～ならば」

You’ll laugh if you watch it.

2. after「～の後に」

3. before「～の前に」

I brush my teeth before I go to bed.

「寝る前に歯を磨きます」

Before she takes a bath, she drinks some water.

4. because「～なので」

I went to bed early because I was so tired.

「すごく疲れていたので早く寝ました」

I’m hungry because I skipped lunch.

「昼ごはんを食べなかったのでお腹が空いています」

5. once「～のすぐ後に」

Call me once you get to the station.

「駅に着いたら電話を下さい」

Once you get on the train, text me.

「電車に乗ったらすぐに（携帯で）メールを下さい」
